Teen Yoga with Kelly Marie encourages all of us to slow down. We can use Yoga as a way to see how we relate to everything in our life.
Teen Yoga uses Yoga postures as a way of developing awareness, to increase strength, balance and flexibility, not just in the body but in the mind and emotions.

Teenagers and young adults are very open to discovering the nuances of cause and effect.
Yoga offers small outlet for creativity that may have been hidden. Creativity is used in all of Yoga. Through correct communication, body balance, thoughts that are liked or disliked, emotions that may feel confused or hidden, creativity flows through the balance of mind, body and emotions.
