Your body and mind type have a certain direction that works better for you. It’s unique.
All progress is dependent on decisions of the client. Essentially it is a bit spring cleaning. Some parts easily brush off the dust and other parts need a bit of elbow grease. All of it slowly or quickly brings out the inner never ending resource of energy that tends to be diminished by old patterns.
Its an exciting route to take, and it can take you to where you really want to be. It is guaranteed to give you:
A new way of seeing, but also a look back at how we got to where we are.
A system to use that will support your body to create strength, flexibility and support.
Food and herb 🥗🍛 knowledge that gives you better digestive power, and when this power changes, how we feel changes quite quickly too.
Learning how to detox your body safely and without strong reactions is important, and depending on the body type, there are various ways to do this.
Exploring other ways to create Self care, like massage. Or relaxation. Or walking, swimming or Yoga. Like using oil on your body, to use the most natural support on your skin is one of the first recommendations for all clients.
If the client is interested in Yoga, there are dosha balancing Yoga postures that encourage removal of toxins and free the body from tension.
Of course, I do help with body type specific meditation to encourage finding the calm in the mind, mainly because this is the fastest way to bring balance to the physical body.
Learning how your mind works, and understanding who you used to be, does not mean you will stay the same. Meditation🧘♀️ and various other practices to release our mind from over activity help to soften anxiety, insomnia, anger, frustration and depression.
