We identify your Ayurvedic personal body type/dosha Prakriti, as well as identifying your initial imbalance/Vikriti. This information enables us to identify how to use the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga to give you tools for self healing and self care.
We discuss the recommendations and possible treatments in accordance with your ideal timeline.
We combine information and find a goal on the first consultation. Successive meetings we discuss, review, revise all goals and options, and adhere to your body’s wisdom and if possible your timeline. 😍
It is recommended to meet at the minimum once a month for three months. 🙌This is to support, monitor and review the Ayurvedic programme. It is necessary to put some time and energy into long term health and wellness. ✔
