Reading recommendations are always a welcome addition to learning such an old tradition as Yoga and Ayurveda.
There is nothing better than a good read, especially, I think, if its a good solid book, from a great author… so here you go!
All worth the effort and will certainly quench the thirst for information, education and inquiry. Im sure some are now available on Kindle, although I prefer to feel the weight of the book, to open its cover, turn pages, and allow the senses to connect to the inanimate as the mind connects to the animate.
Should you want more information or any other reading recommendations for me, please do! Its great to hear from others with like interests, it sparks my own then too!
