A Yoga & Ayurveda course with practical and experiential Self Care for Inner Healing and knowledge with Kelly Marie Mills.
“It is hard to face the fact that there is only one healer. To will ourselves to be well is often a difficult task. Seeing the story of our life, our pain, struggles and joys, the inner healer wants us to live in utter happiness and health. Could this be the time to open the door to our inner healing, and watch as we treat ourselves with the love and kindness of a best friend?”
This course is for you…
If you love Yoga and heard about Ayurvedic medicine, or you may want to deepen your practice to inner knowledge and dive into self healing.
Are curious about the traditional medicine of Ayurveda, but have found that with so much on line to discover it is hard to absorb and even harder to bring it actively into your life.
Perhaps you are a teacher of Yoga and would like to use Ayurveda as a tool to educate and assist students in their unique body & mind type. Ayurveda can help you identify imbalances and offers simple tasks for students to use for their own self care and personal Yoga practice.
If you are new to Yoga or Ayurveda, and want to bring balance into your life but are not sure how or where to start.
And if you are a student of Ayurveda and would like clarity and time to process some of the teachings, to discover a real sense of your Dosha balance and imbalance.
Did you ever wonder if your Yoga practice is the best for your inner balance?
Ayurveda (the medicine of Yoga) uses Yoga practices as a treatment and remedy for imbalances in your specific body and mind type (dosha!).
Ayurveda comes in softly and gently, like the love of a mother. Guiding each person to engage with what they need the most, for their unique body humour (dosha!)
Like any loving mother, Ayurveda teaches and feeds us with what she knows works…nutrition, lifestyle, Yoga, meditation and self care techniques for your dosha balance.

It feels like it is the right time to bring Ayurveda on to our mat, with our Yoga practice.
What this course offers every weekend:
It is designed for your whole health, a mini retreat, a space to breathe, learn and integrate what you learn into your way of living. The more relaxed you are the better you can digest the teachings.
You will practice Yoga asana(Yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing practices), relaxation, meditation, mantra & mudra.
You will explore ways of incorporating Yoga practice into your life, together with the simple daily self-care nourishment of Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is a natural medicine, developed from and in the home and hearth with heart. Ayurveda offers various ways to heal and re-balance from the inside out, including how Ayurvedic nutrition can help. The side effects of this medicine are understanding, compassion and a heightened awareness of exactly what is balancing for us, what is not and why.
You will learn the essential Ayurvedic tools of assessment, that will refine how Yoga and Ayurveda can be your living medicine.
You will also have personalised home study to assist you in bringing these traditional sciences into your life.
The knowledge you receive on this course is unique for each person, as is the nature of Ayurveda.
The syllabus covered is suitable for all Yoga practitioners, short or long term and or all those interested in holistic health.
