This is a short series of Yoga classes for anyone who wants a deeper look into Yoga. All classes are easily adapted for any beginners and teens.
Yoga is traditionally the balancing treatment for the mind, and Ayurveda ( Yoga medicine) is committed to the whole health of the body.

Full spectrum Yoga goes deep into the foundations of Yoga, you are guaranteed to leave feeling stretched, strengthened, inspired and relaxed.
Each class is 90 minutes of Yoga practices and afterwards and optional Chai or a cup of tea, with an healthy snack.☕☺

Kelly Marie has been personally practicing meditation on and off since she was a child. Then Yoga and then Ayurveda! Its been quite an interesting road, but Kelly’s classes are intended to instill a sense of calm and inner stillness into every student…whether it be a brief moment of a moment, or a gentle or sometimes strong Yoga practice followed by 10 or 20 minutes of relaxation and meditation.
Yoga has the chance to open our lives to look within, to slow it all down so we can see the joy, the laughter, the pain, the yearning, the bliss.
Kelly Marie works with all forms of Yoga, each class has postures, posture flows, better breathing, relaxation and meditation.
But every class is different, as Kelly works intuitively with her groups, but keeps to her neverending intention to help bring Yoga forward authentically. Kelly loves expanding her own education as much as offering morsels of Yoga teachings to each student, so that they too, may cultivate and develop bits of Yoga in their own time and space.
