You can always expect Asana, aka… posture work that is strong enough for your mind to not wander, gentle for the body and how it is that day, and there has to be some fun in it too. Life does not have to be so serious either! Joy is the truth of human nature!
Modifications for all levels and for all reasons! And there is always progression from, so each time there is something to investigate in each pose. Kelly Marie believes slowing the Yoga practice down is really where we gain time, gather information and develop the body in flexibility and strength, so that our mind is free to focus.
All of these skills, bring us to discover who, what, where, why and how, at this moment, our mind, our thoughts, our feelings and our breath are behaving.
