This Yoga retreat into wellness takes place in the beautiful County of Cork, with Kelly Marie Mills
Tickets Cost: €350 per person

All meals vegetarian, all tuition of Yoga and meditation, breathing practices, relaxations, Ayurveda tips for wellness and Joyful living, meeting lovely like minded people if you want🙋♀️, getting away from people if you need🤗

What to bring: Any Yoga gear you require, a mat, your favourite blanket or two, a pillow if you like, an open heart and your beautiful self, arriving just as you are.
This Yoga retreat into wellness offers you the freedom to do exactly what you want in the relaxing and supportive atmosphere of Barnabrow House.
Our time away takes us from the ordinary takes us to this hidden gem. Inside this old country house you can get lost in your own private escape with the many secluded snugs and cosy fireplaces with spaces to unwind and relax.
There are other harbours for friends to gather and enjoy the atmosphere and time together from the surrounding Yoga vibes.
Our weekend together gives you plenty to fill your time or keep it free and clear of any commitment.
We will offer glorious early morning chanting and meditation, mid-morning Yoga practices, free time to restore or explore the surrounding area, evening Yoga practices, and soothing simple Yoga Nidra.
During this Yoga retreat into wellness, if there is time, energy and space Kelly will offer a talk on Ayurveda wellness, and how to create health in simple small ways.
